Words from a great film; “life finds a way”. It certainly does when I try to make me time for gaming and crafty stuff. I’ve managed to snatch an hourish a day doing my chores on Animal Crossing but that’s pretty much it. I did have a massive binge trying to catch a string fish before it disappeared on 31st March until winter but it just ended in disappointment a sore thumb and a mild case of RSI.
My progress on my stitching is really slow too, or at least it feels like it. I think I’m going to officially enact WIP Wednesdays because no one wants to see a frequent cross stitch update and it’s pretty soul destroying when you’re making it and there isn’t much change.
So in the long established tradition of WIP Wednesday here we are with the thankless chore that has become Unicorn Mystique:

I’m so thankful that it isn’t full coverage and the top half is mainly stars dotted about. The end isn’t in sight yet but I’ve at least got a page finish that I didn’t have last week.
Life is well and truly taking over this week with a visiting munchkin to occupy, time off work and a house and garden to sort. Progress will be slow but there will be progress. In games or stitching and how much is yet to be seen!
